Nail Surgeries – We perform Nail Surgeries on a regular basis for Pincer nail (Ingrown Toe Nail)- either Partial Nail Plate avulsion – where lateral and medial partial nail plates are avulsed and nail folds are either cauterised by Phenol or Electrocautery & Complete Nail Avulsion surgery and Cautery of nail bed/matrix if the pincer nail deformity is extreme to help minimise recurrence of pincer nail, Nail Tumors (Glomus Tumor) & sub ungual melanoma e.t.c. under digital/ring block anaesthesia.
